What is ProMix?

When injecting a sterilizing agent _or a flocculant into a filter, a general system always injects a fixed amount _or proportionally.
However, the required chemical injection amount of the actual machine will change depending on the condition of the raw water pump _and changes in the raw water quality.
In other words, constant volume injection _and unified proportional control injection cannot respond to these changes.
Therefore, by adding another element (for example, turbidity) to the control trigger in addition to the measured value of one element (for example, flow rate), precise drug injection control that was not possible with conventional equipment becomes possible.

The water quality is measured before the chemical injection point, _and the difference from the target value is the chemical injection.
Example) If the water quality concentration in the previous stage is 0.3 mg / L _and the target value is 0.5 mg / L, perform drug injection at 0.2 mg / L (× correction coefficient).

The water quality is measured after the drug injection point, _and the drug injection rate is controlled to approach the target value while changing it by proportional control or PID control compared to the target value.

Linearize control (type D)
