Super Micro Filter (SMF) cassette type
Enables water purification that cannot be achieved by sand filtration
In order to make the membrane function effectively, we have developed an Super Micro Filter (SMF) cassette that can be washed with air and is resistant to high loads.
Features
Membrane module standard for tap water AMST-001 (7th edition) certified product (SMF-PVDF)
Achieves high flux by special membrane formation
Flux: Approximately 4 times compared to conventional
Achieves excellent washing ability by using water and air together
Achieves effective turbidity discharge by bubbling and backwashing with permeated water
Capable of removing Cryptospodium and Legionella
Since SMF-PVDF has a nominal pore size of 0.05 μm, it is possible to remove Cryptosporidium and Giardia, which are the enemies of drinking water, and Legionella, which is the enemy of hot bath facilities and cooling towers.

● Advanced treatment of tap water in welfare facilities
● Pretreatment of RO membrane equipment
● Aseptic seawater production (Fish processing)

Filtration process
Treated water can be obtained by allowing raw water to permeate from the outside to the inside of the hollow fiber (external pressure filtration method).
Washing process
After removing the dirt on the membrane surface by air bubbling, the treated water is reverse osmotic and the dirt in the pores is washed away together.

Keep the number of cassettes connected within 2 rows in parallel _and 3 rows in series.
For large capacity, use [Parallel x Series = 2 rows x 3 rows = 6 cassettes] as a block unit and use as [Multiple blocks].
Cassette connection accessories are included according to the number and arrangement of cassettes.
