MPP/MPA/MPT

Features

* Easy monitoring and operation in hand with a remote-control-type operation panel.

MPP (pulse input type)
The pump can be automatically operated by receiving pulse input signal from the outside.

[Multiplying mode] (multiplying the input pulse by setting value)
This mode is used when the numbers of pulse input signal are few and discharge rate may not be enough. Stroke frequency can be increased against the numbers of pulse input signal.
[Example] Setting value: 2.8 (The pump strokes 28 times with 10 pulses input)

[Dividing mode] (dividing the input pulse by setting value)
This mode is used when the numbers of pulse input signal are many and discharge rate may be too much. Stroke frequency can be limited against the numbers of pulse input signal.
[Example] Setting value: 2.2 (The pump strokes 10 times with 22 pulses input)

MPA (analogue input type)
The pump can be automatically operated by receiving analogue input signal (DC 4-20mA) from the outside.
* The pump automatically feeds within the range from 0 to 180spm of frequency with the setting value by analogue input signal.
* The stroke frequency straightly changes by input signal from the outside.
* The ratio (R) can be set at 0.01 to 2.00 that is the change rate (gradient) of stroke frequency to the analogue input signal with the setting value.

MPT (twin timer type)
The pump can be intermittently operated according to ON (operating) time and OFF (stopping) time set by the built-in timer
* Each of ON and OFF time can be set ranging from 0.1-999 minute(s) and 1-999 second(s). (The pump operation begins with ON timer.)
* In the interlocking operation with the outside equipment, ON and OFF timers are suspended by stop signal input from the outside (example: when the interlocking circulating pump stops).

Remote-control-type operation panel

* The detachable remote-control type operation panel of the palm size of hand makes setting and checking work at easy position to see.
* Changing the operation mode and flow rate indication with direct keys makes the operation clear.
* The setting value of MPP/MPT and input value for MPA from the outside can be checked during the pump operation being convenient to know the operating condition.
