Issues / requests
Pump for high pressure injection of boiler chemicals. A pump that can linearly change the discharge rate by receiving an external signal is required as the operating conditions change.
Tohkemy's proposal
We have proposed a Sigma plunger / control with a built-in inverter function. It has a function that the discharge amount is linearly proportional to the input signal (DC4-20mA). The maximum allowable discharge pressure of the pump is 32.0MPa, which is a model with sufficient margin. Since the power supply voltage is also a single-phase free power supply, it is easy to set regardless of the 50Hz / 60Hz region.
